The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet high management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Accredited practices get fewer complaints and claims against them than other practices. If you want peace of mind and assurance that you will receive a quality service, use a solicitor with the Lexcel practice management standard.

Conveyancing Quality Scheme
GTC Law is now a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, which is supported by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association and the Association of British Insurers. The scheme is designed to give clients, vendors and lenders a recognisable kitemark for conveyancing firms. It is based on a new Law Society protocol which aims to achieve consistent standards across the board in order to speed up the conveyancing process and provide more certainty for buyers and sellers.
